Le sort d'embryons congelés devant la Cour européenne de justice
Mardi 15 février, Natallie Evans a saisi la Cour européenne de justice après que la haute Cour de Londres ne lui ait pas accordé le droit de réimplanter, en vue d'une grossesse, des embryons congelés car son ex-conjoint s'y opposait (cf. revue de presse du 29/06/04). Les embryons de ce couple étaient issus d'une fécondation in vitro.

Boys 'cured' with gene therapy (17.2.2005)
Four UK children born with a condition robbing them of their natural defences against infection have had successful gene therapy treatment, doctors say.
